JUDGMENT
The grievances of the petitioner are two fold and they are as under:- i) No reservation has been made to differently abled candidates as enjoined in Section 80(5) of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969.
ii) The selection process is a farce since the candidates had already been chosen for appointment for extraneous reasons.
2.
The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext. P3 representation to the second respondent. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P3 representation with notice to the petitioner, third respondent bank and the appointees. The same shall be done within a period of one month from today. It is made clear that the appointment would be subject to the orders to be passed in Ext. P3 representation. The writ petition is disposed of.
