JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks revision of his own timings to operate the stage carriage service. Ext.P1 application put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration with the respondent.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application with notice to the petitioner. The other operators in the route shall also be put on notice and heard. The same shall be done within a period of two months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
