JUDGMENT

Petitioners are post-graduate students in Engineering, who have appeared for the 2nd semester supplementary examination on 6.3.2015. Petitioners seek expeditious valuation of the same. Learned Standing Counsel for the University submits that, the postgraduate examinations scheduled are going on and the regular examinations too have not been concluded. The examinations would conclude only by the last week of May, 2015. Only thereafter, the valuation would be commenced, especially since, the University conducts centralised valuation. In such circumstance, the petitioners cannot seek any valuation out of turn, since the petitioners have appeared for regular examinations in the 2nd semester and failed and have now appeared for the supplementary examination. Writ petition would stand dismissed.

K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
