JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks the issuance of a clearance certificate in respect of his vehicle KL-13-AA-1789. The regular permit in other words is sought to be kept under suspended animation.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P3 application with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. The respondent shall also specify the time limit within which the vehicle shall be replaced on the route covered by the regular permit.

The writ petition is disposed of.
