JUDGMENT
The petitioners object to the time slot alloted to the second respondent to operate the stage carriage service. It is alleged that a temporary permit has been issued to the second respondent without settlement of timings.

Exts. P2 to P5 objections filed by the petitioners are pending. I direct the first respondent to consider Exts. P2 to P5 objections with notice to the petitioners as well as the second respondent. The needful shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
