J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-issuance of a permit granted as per Ext.P1. The petitioner submits that, the vehicle number which is offered for operation, was shown in Ext.P1 permit.

The learned Government Pleader on instructions submit that, no current records of the said vehicle has been produced till date. Without production of the current records of a vehicle, there could be no convening of timing conference for issuance of a permit. In such circumstance, the writ petition would stand dismissed, leaving open the remedy of the petitioner to produce the current records of the vehicle. Sd/- K.
