JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks revision of his own timings to operate the stage carriage service. Ext. P1 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration. 2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P1 representation with notice to the petitioner. The other persons operating service on the route shall also be put on notice. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of.
