JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted. Accordingly, this Court dismisses the writ petition as having been withdrawn.

It is, however, made clear that owing to the change of policy on the part of the Government or under any other changed circumstances, if there is any fresh cause of action for the petitioner, needless to observe, he is always at liberty to approach the appropriate forum ventilating his grievance.
