JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks clearance certificate in respect of his vehicle No.KL-10-AA-2344. The petitioner wants to keep Ext.P1 permit under suspended animation. 2.
I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 request for clearance certificate. The clearance certificate as sought shall be granted within two weeks.
3.
The respondent shall however specify the time within which the vehicle shall be replaced. The vehicle requires to be replaced to resume operations on the route covered by the permit.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
