JUDGMENT

The petitioners complain of illegal operation of autorickshaws as stage carriages in Areacode and Vazhakkad areas in Malappuram District. Ext.P1 is the representation submitted by the first petitioner in this regard to the first respondent District Collector who is also the Chairman of Regional Transport Authority.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P1 complaint preferred by the petitioners and deal with the same with all seriousness it deserves. Needless to say that the third respondent shall implement the direction of the first respondent passed on Ext.P1 complaint as directed above. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
