JUDGMENT
The only prayer of the petitioner before this Court is that the 4th respondent-State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commmission, Thiruvananthapuram shall complete the proceedings for execution in C.C.No.61/2007 as expeditiously as possible.
Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent-State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to complete the execution proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner as well as judgment debtors. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
