J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached the revenue officials to demarcate and fix the boundary of the property belongs to him. The 4th respondent herein has filed a suit for fixation of boundary before the Munsiff Court, Chengannur as O.S No.79/2013. The petitioner approached this Court on account of delay in taking steps to fix the boundary by the revenue officials. 2.

It is now agreed by both parties, if the demarcation and fixation is done through the civil court, they have no objection in concluding the issue. In such a circumstances this Court is of the view that the civil suit pending before the Munsiff Court, Chengannur in O.S No.79/2013 shall be concluded before 31.3.2016.

The writ petition is disposed of. All the proceedings of the revenue officials shall therefore be dropped. sd/- sab A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, JUDGE
