JUDGMENT
The writ petition was filed challenging Ext.P11 order of transfer, whereby the petitioner was transferred to CISF Unit, Delhi. A statement has now been filed on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, wherein it is stated that after considering the representation of the petitioner, by an order dated 16.04.2015, the transfer of the petitioner to the DMRC, Delhi has been cancelled. In the light of the said order passed by the respondents, the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition stands redressed and accordingly, the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
