JUDGMENT
The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of Ext.P1 representation within a time frame.
2. The petitioner is the resident of Vamanapuram at Thiruvananthapuram. According to the petitioner, to reach his house, he has to travel through Vamanapuram Park Junction-Karuvay Elyi road. He alleges that the said road is having a width of only two metres. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent took 4 rooms on rent for conducting a go-down. He parks the goods vehicles coming to his shop on the two metres' width road making vehicular traffic through the same impossible.
3. The petitioner filed representation before respondents 1 and
2. However, no action has been taken on the same so far. According to the petitioner, he filed the representation before the first
WP(C)14018/12 -:2:- respondent. It is with this background, the petitioner has come up before this Court.
4. Considering the limited prayer in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard.
