Shaffique, J.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection in the matter relating to conduct of business being done by the petitioner, who is a dealer of TATA Commercial Vehicles. It is alleged that respondents 3 to 10 are obstructing the conduct of business on account of certain labour issues with the petitioner. It is also stated that the dispute raised by respondents 3 to 10 are pending consideration before the District Labour Officer. 2.

An interim order had already been passed by this Court on 11.4.2014 directing the police to ensure that no obstruction is caused to the ingress and egress to the unit of the petitioner. Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, we do not think that any further direction is required to be passed in this writ petition. We, therefore, close the writ petition in the light of the interim order passed on 11.4.2014, however, making it clear that it shall be open for respondents 3 to 10 to agitate their claims before the competent authority.
