JUDGMENT

The petitioner enjoys OLCC facility extended by the second respondent bank. The bank is willing to renew the benefit to the petitioner. This can also be subject to the condition that the overdue amount is paid. The overdue amount as on today comes to about Rs. 1,75,000/-. 2.

I permit the petitioner to pay the overdue amount in four equal monthly instalments starting from 16.04.2015. The coercive steps shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with the conditions in time. The coercive steps can surge ahead if the petitioner commits default in the payment of any one of the instalments as directed. The OLCC facility shall be renewed on the petitioner clearing the overdue amount.

The writ petition is disposed of.
