JUDGMENT
The petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ of certiorari of any other appropriate writ, direction or order calling for the records leading to Ext.P1 and set aside the same;
ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondents 2 and 3 to operate the Licensing Division of the Rubber Board at Willingdon Island; ii) declare that the action of the respondents in deciding to shift the Licensing Division officer of the Rubber Board from Willingdon Island to Kottayam is illegal and violative of Article 301 and Article 14 of the Constitution of India."
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the Rubber Board.
3. The main grievance of the petitioners is with regard to the shifting of the Licensing Division office of the Rubber Board from Willigdon Island to Kottayam.
4. The issue had come up for consideration before this Court and a detailed judgment was passed on 05.03.2015 in W.P.
W.P.(C) No.10369 of 2015 (C) No.6991/2015 declining interference. The said judgment will govern the issue in this case also. Interference is declined. The Writ Petition is dismissed.
