Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader as well.

By this Writ Petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to afford adequate and effective protection to the life and properties of the petitioner from the 3rd respondent.

The petitioner claims to have extended finance to the 3rd respondent regarding the vehicle bearing registration No.KL-8 W 9300. The petitioner submits that he is a partner of the Finance Company operating from the State of Tamil Nadu and he is being threatened by the 3rd respondent, with regard to which complaints have been filed as Exts.P3 and P4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date there is no award for repossessing the vehicle. 5.
Insofar as any offence or attempt to offence against the petitioner is committed, it shall be open for the petitioner to submit appropriate complaint before the Sub Inspector concerned, who shall look into the same and take appropriate action.
