JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit P2 and to pass appropriate order cancelling the non creamy layer certificate and caste certificate issued by the 3rd respondent in favour of the 4th respondent.

ii. Issue such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has also been projected by way of Ext.P2 which is pending consideration before the 1st respondent and the prayer is to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case and to issue notice to the 4th respondent for the time being. The writ petition

W.P.C. No. 10394 of 2015 -2is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 4th respondent at the earliest, at any rate within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent for further steps.
