The petitioner has been made liable to pay maintenance under Ext.P1 judgment of the Family Court. Ext.P1 judgment is under appeal wherein Ext.P2 interim order has been passed. The petitioner contends that he is short of funds to comply with Ext.P2 interim order and is threatened with coercive steps.

2. The petitioner seeks release of the provident fund by respondents 1 to 4 under nonreturnable scheme. Ext.P3 representation submitted in this regard is pending consideration with the first respondent. The petitioner states that the provident fund if released would be applied to comply with Ext.P2 interim order in the appeal against Ext.P1 judgment.

3. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 who are his wife and child. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
