J U D G M E N T
Being aggrieved by Ext.P4 order passed by the concerned authority, the petitioner has already moved the 1st respondent by way of Ext.P7 appeal, which is pending consideration. The delay in finalizing the matter made the petitioner to approach this Court with this writ petition for appropriate reliefs.
2. Heard the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent as well.
3. After hearing the limited extent of reliefs sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to issue notice to 2nd and 3rd respondents, who are holding the office of concerned authority nor does it require to have the matter dealt with on merits.
4. The 1st respondent is directed to consider and pass final orders on Ext.P7 appeal (which is stated as numbered as AP No.1221(1)2013/SIC as referred to in Ext.P11), after affording
W.P.(C) No.10451 of 2015 an opportunity of hearing to both the sides. This shall be done at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of 'one month' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
5. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps.
