JUDGMENT

The petitioner is working as a Data Entry Operator in the second respondent bank. He seeks a transfer to the third respondent bank in the same cadre. Both the banks do not seem to have any objection in agreeing to the request.

The third respondent bank has in this regard moved the first respondent by Ext. P5 representation. Ext.P5 representation is evidently made on the basis of Ext. P5(a) resolution of the third respondent bank. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation within three months. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner and respondents two and three.

The writ petition is disposed of.
