JUDGMENT

1. Petitioner has moved an application for regular permit on 19.12.2013. It is stated that, despite scheduling the same in the RTA meeting, the same has not been considered till date. In such circumstance, the petitioner filed an application for temporary permit on 26.3.2015.

2. The petitioner's temporary permit application would be considered, after hearing the KSRTC and any other rival operators, who turn up after issuance of public notice, within a period of one month from today.

Writ petition is disposed off.
