The grievance of the petitioners is that, the result flowing from Ext.P1 order passed by the Forest Tribunal, Manjeri in O.A. No.186/1976 is still to reach the hands of the petitioners. It is stated that, the petitioners have already moved the 2nd respondent by filing Exts.P2 and P3, receipt of which stands acknowledged as borne by Ext.P3(a). Prayer is to cause the same to be finalised within a reasonable time.

2.

Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents as well.

3.

The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exts.P2 and P3, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. It shall be done, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

WP(c). No.10621 of 015 The petitioners shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent for further steps.

Sd/- P.R. RAMACHANDRA MENON, JUDGE.
