JUDGMENT

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner's son T.S.Arvind to continue in the very same school for the academic year 2001-12. On 15.6.2011 this Court passed the following order:

" Admit.

The learned standing counsel Adv.Mr.P.K.

Vijayamohanan takes notice for the respondent. In view of the seizure disorder, as discernible from materials produced before this Court, prima facie, this Court thinks steps being pursued by the respondent to transfer the child requires to be intercepted, for the time being. In the said circumstances, there will be an interim order as prayed for. However, this will not preclude the respondent from sending some other child, as per Scheme, for filling up the vacancy and meet the requirements."

In view of the interim order passed in the Writ petition, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed.
