J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order of direction, commanding respondents 1 and 2 to point out the boundaries of the land of petitioner's husband comprising in Resurvey No: 245/8-1 of Eraviperoor Village obtained as per Settlement deed document no: 1042/1985 of Sub Registrar Office, Thiruvalla forthwith.
ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order of direction, commanding respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of Ext.P3 application forthwith and iii) issue such other appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper, in the circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

Considering the limited extent of relief sought, for this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case.
WP(c). No.10645 of 2015 The writ petition is disposed of, directing 1st respondent/Tahsildar to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3, in accordance with the provisions of the KLU. It shall be done, after calling for a report from the 2nd respondent and after giving notice to the 3rd respondent and the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps.
