JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i. Issue a writ of mandamus such other appropriate writ or order or direction compelling the 2nd respondent to dispose of Ext.P3 representation within such time limit as this Hon'ble Court shall deem just.

ii. Grant such other order or directions as may be deemed necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interests of justice."

Admittedly, the petitioner is an employee of the 1st respondent Board and the right of the petitioner is not affected in any manner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner to highlight the public interest.

Permission is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner as above.
