JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i. Issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ, direction or order compelling the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P2 application affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court.
ii. Issue such other writ, direction or order as is deemed just and necessary in the facts, features and circumstances of the case."
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the mistake with regard to the Survey number was sought to be remedied by way of Ext.P2 representation which is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent. The prayer is to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
4. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate

No. 10713 of 2015 -2orders on Ext.P2 in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the persons whose names have been mentioned in Ext.P2 and other interested parties, if any, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent for further steps.
