JUDGMENT
The respondent bank submits that 'Aswas 2015' scheme has been extended up to 30.04.2015. The parties are at variance as regards the actual amount payable even if the benefit of the scheme is extended. 2.
Ext. P1 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending. I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P1 representation with notice to the petitioner.

Orders on Ext. P1 representation shall be passed on or before 16.04.2015. It is upto the petitioner to avail the benefit of the scheme on or before 30.04.2015. The petitioner is also free to raise an arbitration dispute if she has serious objection. The writ petition is disposed of.
