J U D G M E N T

Ext.P1 order passed by the Additional District Magistrate is impugned. The same pertains to the drawing of electricity supply line to the fourth respondent. Ext.P1 order itself says as follows:- "KSEB has the liberty to shift the existing post to reduce inconvenience to the Respondent or loss of improvements to him."

The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P3 representation with the third respondent. The same deserves to be dealt with in accordance with the Works of Licensees Rules, 2006. The petitioner as well as the fourth respondent shall be put on notice and heard. Final orders shall be passed by the third respondent within a period of two months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
