J U D G M E N T
There is no representation for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this Writ Petition challenging the enhancement of school fees during the period from 2012 to 2013 and the matter has become infructuous.

Going by the averments in this Writ Petition also, it is seen that this Writ Petition is filed challenging enhancement of school fees under Exts.P2 and P4 for the period 2011-2012 and 2012-2013. Having regard to the grievance projected in this Writ Petition, as rightly submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, I find that the matter in issue has become infructuous, by
W.P.(C) No. 14582 of 2012 -: 2 :- the lapse of time.
In the above view, this Writ Petition will stand as dismissed as infructuous.
