Though the writ petition was initially filed for police protection, petitioner filed an amendment petition seeking to incorporate a prayer challenging Ext.P12. The main issue, by virtue of the amendment, is to consider the relief as against Ext.P12 and its validity. This being a miscellaneous matter, post it before the Hon'ble Chief Justice for orders.
