JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached the District Collector for reclaiming ten cents of paddy land for the purpose of constructing a residential building. It is to be noted that the petitioner has to approach the Local Level Monitoring Committee of which the additional 4th respondent is the Convenor under Form-1 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008. Therefore, if the petitioner approaches the Local Level Monitoring Committee under the requisite form with the relevant documents, the same shall be considered by the Local Level Monitoring Committee within two months from the date of receipt of such application and forward the same to the District Level Authorised Committee without any delay.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
