J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the rejection of the revision of timings made at Ext.P4. The petitioner contends that the rejection has been made only on the ground that there is no change in railway time. However, the learned Government Pleader submits that it is not on that ground, but it is specifically found that there is no need under Rule 145(7) of the Kerala Motor Vehicles Rules 1989.

2. In any event, the petitioners timings were last settled in the year 2014 and the order passed is a revisible order. In such circumstance, leaving open the alternate remedy, the writ petition would stand dismissed.
