JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks to reckon the period of his provisional service for pension. Reliance is placed on Ext.P2 Government Order and Ext.P4 judgment in WP(C) No. 34533/2014. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P3 representation with the respondents.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
