JUDGMENT

The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing Reg. No. KL-17/8287 in the route Marottichal-Thrissur-Vazhani Dam. The timings of the service was last allotted on 26.8.1997, hence the petitioner filed an application to revise the timings by Ext.P1 dated 3.3.2015. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall, within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of publication of the above

W.P.(C)No.11042 of 2015 -:2:- notice. Needless to say the petitioner and any other rival operator who objects to the revision shall be heard before such consideration. The revision if made shall also be subject to any further revision made as per D3 Circular.
