JUDGMENT
Petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of a regular permit application, which, according to him, was submitted on 2.6.2014. The non-consideration, admittedly, is on the ground of the report of the Field Officer, having not been received. Petitioner submits that now the report has been filed before the Authority. It is also submitted that a meeting is scheduled on 17.4.2015. If the said application is not posted in the said meeting, then, at least in the next meeting, the same shall be scheduled and considered by the Authority.
Writ petition is disposed off.
K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
