JUDGMENT

The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicles bearing Reg.Nos. KL-18 C/459 and KL-07/AM 6669 in the route Aroor mukkam-Kanichukulangara via Eramelloor - Ezhupunna - Chavadi - Thuravoor - Vayalar - Cherthala-Kuruppankulangara-Arreparambu and KaippuzhamuttuAroor mukkom via bund road-Kattachira-Cherthala-VayalarThuravoor-Ezhupunna-Erameloor and Aroor respectively. The timings of the services were last allotted in the years 2012 and 2011 respectively, hence the petitioner filed applications to revise the timings by Exts.P2 and P5 dated 14.3.2015. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his applications. If Exts.P2 and P5 applications have been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall, within one week of receipt of a

W.P.(C)No.11076 of 2015 -:2:- certified copy of this judgment, display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say the petitioner and any other rival operator who objects to the revision shall be heard before such consideration. The revision if made shall also be subject to any further revision made as per D3 Circular.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
