J U D G M E N T

The petitioner claims to be the owner of 2.53 ares of land in Sy.No.128/1 of Vaniyamkulam I Koonathara Village in Ottappalam Taluk. The petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by the refusal in effecting transfer of registry in his favour by Ext.P1 sale deed.

2. In the impugned order, the Village Officer has stated that due to the pendency of civil suit filed by another person, nothing can be done. This Court is of the view that the second respondent shall take appropriate decision in the matter, after hearing the petitioner as well as the parties to the civil suit O.S.No.96/2011 filed before the civil court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after notice to all the affected parties. This writ petition is disposed of as above.
