JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks regularisation in service as upholster in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. The petitioner relies on Exts.P3 and P4 memorandum as well as Ext.P5 order for this purpose. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P6 representation which is pending consideration with the first respondent.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation with notice to the petitioner. The applicability of Exts.P3 and P4 memorandum as well as Ext.P5 order shall be adverted to in the exercise. Final orders shall be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
