J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of a variation application. The petitioner contends that despite a favourable report from the Field Officer, the matter was adjourned for a further report, which also was in favour of the variation. It is specifically stated in two reports that, the variation would be beneficial to the public.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that, the variation application is posted on 20.04.2015. In such circumstance, definitely, the said application shall be taken up and considered on that date itself and the variation issued expeditiously if granted.
The writ petition is disposed of.
