J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is the owner of a stage carriage, bearing Registration No.KL-1/W 4428, who was granted temporary permit on the route Nellimoodu-Vazhavila in the vacancy of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-2/T 7097 which is valid till 04.04.2015. The petitioner also made an application for re-issue of the temporary permit, by Ext.P2, The said application has been made on 31.03.2015. In such circumstance, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for re-issue of temporary permit and issue the same; if there is no legal impediment, within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P2. Needless to say, while considering the application as stated above, the preferential claim, if any, shall also be considered. Writ petition disposed of as above.
