Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to grant approval of the appointment of the 4th respondent as High School Assistant (Maths). 2.
During the pendency of the writ petition, the educational authorities have approved the appointment of the 4th respondent with effect from 01/06/2011. According to the petitioner, the approval ought to have been made with effect from 01/06/2010.
3.
Be that as it may, since orders have already been passed, I do not think that any further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
Reserving the right of the petitioner to make their surviving claim before the competent authorities, this writ petition is disposed of.
