J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has come up before this Court alleging that the 2nd respondent is not taking any action on Ext.P4 representation.

Though notice has been served on the respondent panchayath, the respondent has not turned up.

When the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the limited prayer for a direction to respondents 1 & 2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 within a time frame.
In the light of the submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 & 2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 after affording the petitioner and the affected parties, if any, an opportunity

of being heard, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
