J U D G M E N T
The petitioner had been proceeded against for a misconduct by the College, pending which the petitioner had approached this Court for permission to appear in the fourth semester examinations. The same was granted by an Interim Order dated 6.6.2013 and it was also directed that the appearance would be provisional and subject to the result of the decision taken by the University on Ext.P3 representation.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent University submits that the decision of the College has been approved by the University. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent - College also submits that in such circumstance the petitioner's results cannot be published and the petitioner is said to be continuing in the
W.P.(C) No. 13823/2013 -2College, accepting the punishment of loss of one year. In such circumstance, since the decision of the University is not challenged, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
