JUDGMENT
The petitioner is working as a part time Urdu teacher in Pilathara U.P.School, in Kannur District. He approached the Deputy Director of Education, the 3rd respondent herein, by Ext.P6 appeal with a request to sanction full time post of Urdu teacher to Pilathara U.P.School. The petitioner submits that he is entitled to be approved as a full time teacher with effect from 3/6/2013. It is also pointed out that the post of full time Urdu teacher was in existence in the school even before 1969-70 academic year.
2. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent-Deputy Director of Education to consider Ext.P6, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the Manager of the school, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
