JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ or order and quash Ext.P3.
ii) Issue writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order and direct the respondents to strictly follow the directions in Ext.P2.
iii) Such other reliefs as just and necessary in the circumstances of the case."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, by virtue of the mandate given by the Apex Court as per Ext.P2, the proceedings have to be completed in conformity with the dates mentioned therein. But, Ext.P3 notification dated 04.04.2015 issued by the 4th respondent stands contrary to the said order passed by the Apex Court and hence the challenge.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well, who submits that the 4th respondent, after considering the facts and
W.P.(C) No.11243 of 2015 figures, has issued a revised schedule for the second phase allotment for the Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma Course, Kerala-2015. A copy of the same is placed for perusal of this Court. The revised schedule is as follows:
29.04.2015 Website opens for enabling online option confirmation/re-arrangement/deletion of existing options and for filing fresh options to newly included colleges and courses 02.05.2015-3pm Facility for option confirmation/ registration/re-arrangement deletion of options ends.
03.05.2015 Publication of second phase of allotment
