JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i. To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose Ext.P5 representation within a time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii. To Grant such other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in circumstances of the case."
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has also been highlighted by way of Ext.P5 representation which is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent and the prayer is only to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case or to issue notice to the party respondents for the time being. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 in accordance with law
W.P.C. No. 11259 of 2015 -2after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties including respondents 4 to 6 at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
