JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ commanding the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application filed by the petitioner under Rule 43 of the Kerala Survey and Boundary Rules without any further delay.

ii. To pass such other reliefs, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has also been highlighted by way of Ext.P3 application which is pending consideration before the 1st respondent and the prayer is only to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. The writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 in accordance with law after

W.P.C. No. 11301 of 2015 -2giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps.
