JUDGMENT

The petitioner who was appointed as LPSA, against separate leave vacancies, by Exts. P1 and P2 appointment orders, thereafter worked against a regular vacancy pursuant to Ext. P3 appointment order. In the writ petition, he is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent Educational Authority in granting approval to the appointment covered by Exts. P1 and P2 appointment orders. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to grant approval to the appointments covered by Exts. P1 and P2 appointment orders, in tune with Ext. P4 Government Order. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Pleader took time to get instructions in the matter.

Today, when the matter came up for order, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader on instructions that orders have been passed by the respondents approving the appointments covered by Exts. P1 and P2 appointment orders, in accordance with the directions in Ext.P4 Government Order. Copies of the approval orders were also made available before this court.

-2W.P.(C). No. 11307 of 2015 to the appointments covered by Exts. P1 and P2. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is closed recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader.
